Boating and Fishing
Each unit comes with a 14' Lund boat. These boats are not designed for
rowing and must be motorized. Either you can bring a motor provided it
is no larger than a 15 HP or rent a motor from us. We offer 8 HP, 9.9
HP or 15 HP motors. Also available for rent are 3 oversized fishing
boats with 25 HP electric start motors. In addition, we offer 8
pontoons boats for rent ranging from 19 to 28 feet. You are welcome to
bring your own boat and are provided a dock at no additional charge.
We also offer boat lifts for rent for your private boat if you desire.
Rental boats should be booked in advance with pontoons and oversized boats
requiring a deposit. Motors should be requested in advance and do not
require a deposit. We have gas available on sight and also sell worms
in the office. We have two large fish cleaning facilities with excellent
lighting and GFI outlets for cleaning with electric knives. Power is
available at many docks but must be pre-arranged.

Playing
We have a wonderful, sandy swim beach with large docks for sunning, a swim
raft, as well as a shallow protected swimming area. Located on a
no-wake zone, we offer a quiet, calm lakefront. Thanks to the swallows
nesting under the bridge, you can enjoy outside fun with virtually no bugs.
We have a large commercial playground set in a 70x100' sand box for kids
5-12, little tyke set for kids 2-5, toddler swings, in-ground back hoe
diggers, balance beam, 10' swings, sand volleyball, horseshoes, basketball
court and a video game room. These is a 9 hole golf course across the
street and wonderful restaurants close by. With so much for families
to do, we do ask you to understand that we prohibit the use of bicycles,
skateboard and roller blades on the property.
